Kicks

1. Half wheel ( front or back leg )

2. Inside front snap kick

3. Lift kick ( front or back leg )

4. Slicing wheel

5. Outside crescent kick ( from horse stance or fighting stance )

6. Inside crescent kick ( from horse stance or fighting stance )

7. Spinning front snap kick

8. Spinning front thrust kick

9. Spinning side thrust knife-edge

10. Spinning front foot wheel

11. Spinning outside crescent kick

12. Spinning heel hook

13. Spinning inside front snap kick

14. Slide shuffle (kick of your choice )

Combinations

1. Outside crescent to wheel

2. Inside crescent to side thrust knife-edge

3. Inside crescent to spin rear thrust ( uses both legs )

4. Spin Crescent to Wheel Kick

5. Wheel Kick to Spin Crescent

6. Combination of any five kicks (must be practical)

7. All combinations with spin (Orange, purple, and blue)

1. Double brush parry
